The new Toolpanel System from item creates order at the work bench. Using Groove Plate Profile 8, users can arrange their tools clearly across a total of 19 system grooves. The flat design ensures easy integration into existing work benches and offers plenty of space for accessories on the front and back. Groove Plate Profile is 400 mm high and weighs just 5.2 kg per metre, making it easy to fit to any work bench. It can also be mounted on material supply trolleys and Pivot Arms. The various elements in the item Hook and Holder System bring additional flexibility to assembly workstations and are also incredibly simple to fit in place. They ensure that ratchet spanners, screwdrivers and tool bits can all be set down in seconds. Holders are fitted to the panel simply by inserting them into a groove and turning them 90° to lock them in place, ready for use. Removing and repositioning the holders is just as easy. As well as helping to organise a whole range of tools, the new system can also be used to mount documents and semi-open fronted boxes. Of course, compatibility with the Line 8 system groove means all existing products in the Hook and Holder System, Shelves and other custom fixtures can be attached with the greatest of ease. The Toolpanel System brings an additional component to the item MB Building Kit System that supports efficient and ergonomic work bench configuration.
